Does it come with an MCC3 magnetic charging cable and a tactical tripod?

Sorry, it comes with a USB-C charging cable. However, you could order the MCC3 charging cable from our store while you can find the tripod on our official website.

How many modes of the warm white light？

There are 2 modes. At the turbo mode: 800lm / 20min~600lm / 135min~400lm / 55min. At the low mode: 2lm / 20 days.

Why can not charge or turn on?

Please remove the insulating film and try pressing and hold about 1 second to unlock it. Please feel free to let us know if it still can not work after unlocking.

What is the difference between USB-C charging and MCC3 magnetic charging？

It takes about 2.5 hours to fully charge with the type C charging cable while it takes about 4.5 hours with MCC3 charging cable.

Can the forward light and backlight be turned on at the same time?

Sorry, it can‘t. Flip it up for a forward cool white flashlight while flip it down for a back warm white desk light.
