WiFi door and window sensor controlled by Smart Life App or Tuya Smart AppThe door/window sensor only works with 2.4GHz wifi, (5GHz not supported). If your router supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, please disable the 5GHz WiFi temporarily, The door sensor will only connect to the 2.4GHz network. Once the door/window security sensor is successfully connected to the 2.4GHz network, you can re-enable the 5GHz WiFi on your router.
