Our classic filter pads are designed to flow and filter water exactly the same through either side.

Can the filter pad be cleaned a few times before disposal?

Yes. Depending on your filtration, it can be cleaned and reused several times. Just rinse it out and place it back into your filter.

Can I layer ClassicBlue with your Poliishing Pads?

Yes, the water needs to flow through ClassicBlue filter pad first and then through our Polishing Pad.

Will the blue dye come off your pad and leach into my aquarium water?

Blue dye will stay on the filter pad because we mix our dye with waterproof glue, not water-resistant glue.
