Attach the Inside Handle Secure the handle to the lock core shaft.

Connect the inside door handle to the lock core shaft using the jump ring flake. This step ensures a secure and functional connection between the internal mechanism and the handle for smooth operation.

Position the Striking Flake Align the striking flakes on the vertical track.

Secure the striking flake to the vertical track, ensuring both flakes are positioned at the same level. Proper alignment is essential for smooth and secure operation of the locking mechanism.

Install the Spring Bolt Mount the spring bolt on the door end.

Attach the spring bolt to the door block plate. Maintain even clearance between the spring bolt and the striking flake. Ensure the components are level with the lock core for proper engagement and operation.

Thread the Cables Route the cable through the handle and lock.

Insert the cable end (without the sealing plate) through the Ø4mm hole in the inside handle and then into the Ø7mm hole in the lock. Ensure the cable passes through the opening notch and is properly routed to prevent binding during operation.

Tighten and Adjust the Cable Secure the cable with the sealing plate and M6 bolt.

Make the cable taut by securing one end with the sealing plate to the inside handle. Tighten the other cable end firmly using the M6 bolt. Adjust the cable length to ensure the lock operates smoothly, opening and closing without resistance. Test the mechanism for proper functionality.
