No, it is important to drain the hose, nozzles and quick connectors completely during freezing temperatures.

We recommend mounting on flat cement, brick, and high density wood walls.

How far away should the hose reel be from the tap?

The leader hose is 6.5ft, so we suggest to allow for a distance of about 5-5.5ft from your hose reel.
